Pride ‘N’ Living Home Care, Inc. is a healthcare-based company that takes pride in assisting in providing quality and superior in-home care in Fridley, Minnesota. The company was founded in Fridley, Minnesota, by Celestina Waindim and became a corporation on February 12th, 2004. Since then, the company has grown and keeps growing, with the goal of “care with pride” in mind. The company consists of two parts: the first part is based around home health care dealing with PCAs, Homemakers, private duty nurses, and group homes (and assisted living). Our main operational focus is to help in providing access to good assistance and healthcare for all.

Our staff is experienced and qualified. Each member has been carefully selected among the best in the healthcare industry to deliver superior healthcare services to our clients.
Our staff consists of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs), Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs), reliable and dependable companions, and Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).
We accept the following types of payment for Medicaid/Medical Assistance:
- AC: ALTERNATIVE CARE PROGRAM
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield MA: MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
- MSC+: MINNESOTA SENIOR CARE PLUS
- MSHO: MINNESOTA SENIOR HEALTH OPTIONS
- SNBC: SPECIAL NEEDS BASIC CARE
- PMAP: PREPAID MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
We accept clients of all ages. We do not discriminate. We serve everyone from children to the elderly.
Our Founder
Pride ‘N’ Living Home Care, Inc. was founded by Celestina Waindim in 2004. She was a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience and an immense passion for healthcare. Celestina decided to open up her healthcare agency to provide quality healthcare to everyone who needs it. Our company continues our founder’s mission up to the present day.
